Membership Prices
3rd Floor: R1,000 per month for a fixed desk in a more open, dynamic space.
2nd Floor: R2,500 per month for a fixed desk in a premium workspace with access control, phone booths, and a courtyard.
Private offices: 3-5 person offices from R7,500 per month all inclusive.
Member Guest Rate
Day Rate: R50 per day for guests accompanied by a Lemkus Exchange member.
Artist Studios
Lemkus Exchange offers 4 private artist studios starting at R6,000 per month. These studios provide a unique synergy with Lemkus Gallery, offering artists the opportunity to showcase their work and collaborate within our creative network. Additional benefits for studio members include:
Exclusive access to a exhibition space on the 5th floor for private exhibitions
Preferential rates on the apartment for hosting events when available
Full use of the shared workspace amenities, including the boardrooms, phone booths, and discounted rental on a fully equipped photo studio
