Membership Prices

3rd Floor: 4 spacious offices available for R10,000 pm all inclusive.
2nd Floor: 3-5 person offices from R7,500 per month all inclusive.
Building membership: R1500 pm to have access to the building, with limited hot-desking opportunities.

Lemkus Gallery, established in 2024 with the primary function of the space at present being to house the Residency28 programme, which offers funding and studio space to upcoming local artists. We also provide opportunities to sell and exhibit work in the gallery space and online. The purpose of the programme is to assist the cultivation of sustainable artistic practices by providing artists with the necessary resources and support to further their respective careers.

ARITST STUDIOS

Lemkus Exchange offers 5 private artist studios starting at R8,000 per month. These studios provide a unique synergy with Lemkus Gallery, offering artists the opportunity to showcase their work and collaborate within our creative network. Additional benefits for studio members include:

Exclusive access to a exhibition space on the 5th floor for private exhibitions
Preferential rates on the apartment for hosting events when available
Full use of the shared workspace amenities, including the boardrooms, phone booths, and discounted rental on a fully equipped photo studio
